Here lyes buried the Body of Mrs. ELIZABETH FAY wife to Cap_t. John Fay who Departed this life March ye 8th 1739 in the 67th Year of her Age.

- Two line border of medium thickness runs around the circumference of the stone. The tablet area has five borders. One border is the small medium one beginning from the tympanum and encircles the whole stone. Then in the tablet area, the columns to the left, right and bottom of the tablet are further decorated with cascading flourishes and spirals. Two borders found on the tablet itself pit the outer thicker one versus the thinner inner one. The inner one also includes cut corner lines.
