- A two-line border exists along the outside border of this stone.  An illustrated border panel is found on either side of the tablet section.  There is a flower on the top that includes a three-circle and a flower on its side.  A long undulating abstract stem and leaves run down each section's length.  They are not mirror imaged.
 
- Remark
 
- The central image in the tympanum is a lightbulb-shaped skull with oval eye sockets, a triangular nasal cavity, two rows of rectangular teeth, and four layer of feathers in its wings on either side of the skull.  A segmented border runs along the top edge but is covered by the skull and wings.
